Požadavky

- Dealership work experience
- Proven analytical skills and experience in Sales Planning
- Degree in Business or Engineering
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Excellent time management and flexibility
- High proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and specialized software (e.g., Business Objects)
- TQM analysis capability

Nice to Have:
- After Sales experience
- Knowledge of Hungarian
- Project management and budget administration experience

Náplň práce

Are you passionate about customer relationship management and business operations? We're looking for a dedicated individual to play a key role in planning and executing our business strategies for parts and merchandise.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and execute business plans and budgets
- Implement and report on strategy programs
- Provide reports and forecasts to senior management
- Set and analyze sales targets for dealers
- Develop sales promotions and incentive programs
- Analyze and maintain parts pricing
- Support dealers with orders and customer-related cases
- Continuously review market trends and recommend improvements
- Apply Total Quality Management (TQM) principles for continuous improvement
